Why Freelancers are better

First may I just point out that the term freelancer doesn’t mean I work for free, my fees are modest but I still need to charge I’m afraid. You may think this is obvious, but you would be surprised at the numbers of people (seemingly normal) who think that this is what freelancer means.

One of the best bits about working with a freelance designer is that you have someone there who you know, and who knows you and your business. An expert  who you can call on as and when you need help with anything.

I am ” there” for my clients, if they have a problem they know they can call me and I am there to help. They can hire me to work for them when they want something doing and not have ongoing charges mounting up when they don’t.

They do not need to explain their tastes and requirements each time to a new person, or ask to be put through to whoever, it’s just little me. Not to mention that my charges are very modest in comparison to a design agency, as a small business working from home, my overheads are slight and this allows me to pass on great value services to my clients.

I  love good design and really do think that design and creativity is something well worth investing in,   I work with my clients right from the preliminary ideas right through to the project completion.  So unlike most design agencies, you will get to work with just the one person who is actually designing and developing your site,  and not take part in a long session of Chinese whispers with an account manager passing on bits of your requirements to the team. This means you can take a much more hands on approach,  take a bigger role in shaping your .
